• Personal KAIZEN®: Fundamental Tools (the reinforcement of mind and body assembly, emotional control, Mental 5S, etc.)

Session II - KAIZEN® Strategy: building the performance

• How can be built the Strategical KAIZEN® Program as Business Plan Support
• Personal KAIZEN®: Tools for individual and group Excellence

6. Notes - the expected results of the course:

• an enlargement of awarness of each Top Management Board Member concerning the own role in the Production System
• the involvement increase in KAIZEN® implementation, in accordance with his development management
